Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The staff were professional and friendly across the property. Our room was in the tower and although sound proofing to road was not 100% it did not affect the comfort of our stay

I can not complain!!! Rooms are large, helpful staff, outstanding breakfast, large and clean swimming poolS, sauna, reasonable price. Location is little far away from city center, but we don't have trouble to call Uber to get there for dinners.

Great resort, perfect for visiting the Falls.

This is a beautiful hotel and resort. It's in a good location, just south of the main part of the town and only about 15 mins drive from the airport and 30 mins from the Falls. The resort is spacious and very-well maintained. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected. There's a lot here, from the pool to a forest-trek and small zoo/aviary. I wasn't here for long, so didn't get to see it all but it's well worth the cost and is an excellent price. Food was great, the Feijoada buffet on Saturdays is exceptional but it's good every day. Breakfast was a wide selection and very nice quality food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you're staying for a visit to the Falls.

Uncomfortable rooms

Majority of good hotels we have stayed around the world have tea or coffee making facilities, drinking water and Iron press in the room. The room was very cold and our first two nights were very uncomfortable. Finally we had to ask for a heater. Lot of noise in the night, we could hear the noise from the adjacent room also.

Tudo muito bom! Ótima estrutura, com quartos confortáveis e limpos, área de lazer com excelente. Atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários com muita cordialidade e eficiência. Comida muita boa, porém o valor cobrado no Buffet de almoço e jantar é um pouco exagerado (R$ 180,00 por pessoa), o valor da água a R$ 10,00 uma garrafa também é caro. Volto com certeza!

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no hotel, especialmente porque é excelente para crianças. Meus filhos adoraram cada momento! O ambiente é limpo e organizado. Apesar de os quartos serem antigos, percebe-se que passaram por atualização, com camas muito confortáveis e aconchegantes. A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa, o que fez toda a diferença. Outro ponto positivo é que, no final da tarde, havia um lanche especialmente preparado para as crianças, o que eles aproveitaram bastante. Além disso, a copa baby aberta 24 horas foi uma grande facilidade, oferecendo diversos itens à disposição, inclusive opções de alimentação.

Faltou um pouco de conforto

O hotel é incrível, muito bom para crianças, comida de qualidade, atendimento muito simpático. Porem, peca muito na qualidade do conforto das camas e travesseiro. Pelo valor e nível do hotel, se espera uma cama mais confortável, travesseiro mais confortável e uma roupa de cama mais aconchegante. Apenas isso interferiu na minha experiência.
