「The hotel was amazing, the rooms and bathrooms were huge and everything you could want.
The staff at check in were not great though.
The tv didn’t work properly either.
We were all looking forward to using the spa facilities but didn’t bother as we were unaware of the swimming cap policy.
We all had a really great stay and would definitely come back.」

「WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. 」

「The temperature of the pool was too cold as was the sauna. There was no body wash in the showers which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Also the showers were cold in the evening but they were hot in the morning. We didn't have a good breakfast experience either. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table as it was very busy. However all the fruit was gone.and the bread and fruit juice. When our breakfasts eventually arrived some items were missing. Disappoiywith this supposedly 4 star hotel.」
