「We stayed only 1 overnight on the way down from scotland. We could see lot of people staying for visiting the lakes. The hotel is in a very nice location. They are also pet friendly and they provided us a towel and a bowl for the dog. We highly recommend both breakfast and set menù dinner which was very nice. Room was clean and bathroom looked recently renewed.」

「A classic 18 century coaching in with Ultra modern facilities and Michelin level food the staff are really helpful and can’t do too much for us helping us tune our TV to ensure that we had ability to watch the World Cup games. The food is a different level to coaching and could be a Michelin star restaurant the court outstanding and the quantity very generous. I would highly recommend this coaching in the Brown horse for either stay or a meal either way you’ll enjoy yourself. I’ll probably keep...

I actually would surmise that Victorian House staff just don't look at the reservation details from Expedia? I had walked 15 miles that day and was blamed for not having contacted Victorian House and requesting a twin room (newsflash: I don't need to do that, it says on my booking that I have a twin room reserved).
