"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. "We had a wonderful stay at La Jacotiere. Véronique was a wonderful host. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the shuttle to Mont St-Michel. One thing - there are only a few restaurants in the area, so it may be helpful to book dinner a day in advance."

"Having decided to visit Mont st Michel at the last minute we stumbled upon Les Hauts. It has the most incredible views across the bay. The property is set in beautiful grounds of tropical plants, such as palms, mimosa and Magnolias. From the house you can walk to the beach ( 5 minutes) a small bar and bakers ( very good cakes and baguettes). Swimming is best at high tide.
