Dear sir, Thank you very much for staying with us last week, we have well received information in regards to a possible missing 6000 USD when you checked out. Following a throughout investigation involving our 360 degrees CCTV cameras as well door locks digitized system allowing us to have clear records of guest or personal alike entering the room, I regret to inform you that we were not able to identify any suspicious occurring during the entire stay. As a matter of fact both CCTV footage and door lock system show exactly similar information with only his key used to enter the room during the entire period of his stay Please rest assured that right after receiving your phone call, I have personally ensure with the entire team including our Hotel General Manager, was focusing on identifying possible theft within the hotel, but all evidences and records are not indicating any suspicious attempt to steal anything from the guestroom. I remain at your entire disposal may you need any additional information or assistance and look very much forward to have the opportunity to welcome you soon in Foshan.
