「The climate in Chennai is very humid, so we would expect a hotel AC can dry up the air, but unfortunately theirs cannot, we have been stay in a highly humid room for multiple day」

「Location is simply superb. There is a Mall near by (within 100 meters) and Metro is just a few hundred meters away. Also, a couple of superb Temples - Vadapalani Sri Murugan temple & Sri Vengeeswarar Temple (Lord Shiva), within walking distance. Lots of shops within walking distance. Continuous constructions are in progress in the nearby area.」

Accueil impeccable (personnel souriant et soucieux de rendre service, on vous porte les valises), on m'a même acheté mon ticket de métro pour partir, très tôt le matin, parce que j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir le faire à la station et l'application ne prend pas les cartes internationales ! C'est très propre, neuf, et très bien placé : un peu en retrait donc au calme, mais à 15mn à pied du métro, près de l'aéroport, près d'un très joli temple (Vadapalani, 20mn à pied)....

「Positives - rooms are clean , good location , comfortable beds and parking is available Negatives - rooms are only cleaned once in two days, common kitchen lacks basic amenities , mattresses for extra person is very old and uncomfortable OK for a short stay for max two people 」

「this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe 」

「Like the staff I did not like 1-No canteen and even bed tea was not available 2-There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches 3-Shabby washroom」

「My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again.」
