"All well during arrival, the staff was attentive and helpful. We walked o to a nice and clean room, little did I know I was going to be unpleasantly surprised by the bathroom!!!! The toilet was worse than one u find at a gas station stop! It was one of those public bathroom toilet without a toilet seat and those kick handked to flush! Needless to say, It completely took the charm away from the room, the hotel and the quality of our stay"
