Booked a female only room and felt safe throughout my stay, really liked the design of the bunk beds with their curtains, lights and convenient charging points. 「The positives Centrally located to Manly and public transport and the beach The negatives The property wasn't equipped with the kitchen basic e.g. bowl for cereal, knife, chopping board There was food left in the fridge from the previous occupants The kitchen was dusty The shower was mouldy and dirty The walls were dusty and had cobwebs The floor was dirty and had stains The locks on the windows came off when it got windy There was no soap to wash hands in the bathroom」

「No Blankets or doona for kids bed, whci was an extremely uncomforatble dodgy setup couch & no extra towels. No plug in sink, cups and dishes needed washing before use but no plug or clean dish cloth, no clean tea towels. Beds were old and lumpy . Bathroom had mould and missing grout. and only two towels provided allthough booked for four. The next day the man at reception was great to provide extra towels but could not provide a doona or blankets, so had to buy a sleeping bag for kids each.」
