「I usually like fancier places, but Ogunquoit was really expensive for the weekend, so I booked here thinking “whatever, this will fine”. It was actually really great. The staff were all super friendly and the location was about a mile walk to the heart of downtown. It’s not a high end place, but it’s really well located, clean, and friendly. I recommend it.」

「We loved our stay at Portland Regency! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and responded immediately to any requests. We did not dine at the hotel but enjoy the basement bar. The room, whilst lacking a 'view' was large and the bed was enormous. The bathroom had everything we could ask for and more! We loved being so central that we could nip back several times a day in the unseasonable heat to refresh ourselves with the air con!」

「Staff got me checked in early which I REALLY needed. That made it easier to overlook the unvacuumed hallway and housekeeper bickering loudly with a supervisor? Maintenance guy? Unsure. And : Your pipes are really loud. Like, VERY. Any time anyone flushes. There must be a better way. Rm 226. 」
