The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. "Wir haben mit unserer kleinen Familie (inkl. Baby) ein paar wunderbare Tage im Hotel in Engelberg verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt auch mit Baby ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich – es wurde sogar auf unsere Wünsche mit Baby Rücksicht genommen. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!"
