The hotel is located near the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, safe area with plenty options of places to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean just the pool needed an extra attention.

Awesome! Staff bends over backwards! I stayed in 3 rooms...all were excellent. Breakfast buffet for hours!! Toilet seats need reolacing in all 3 units. Otherworldly 6 out of 5! And the front desk is amazing!!

Cute architecture, very close to the beach.The room was ok (very small), the AC did not cool appropriately, for 3/6 days there was NO hot water, the bathroom had a weird/bad smell. The majority of the staff were amazing (maintenance guy told me to just lower the temp instead of fixing AC) and breakfast lady (assistant manager maybe) was very rude to us - and, when feedback was provided she stated “you can’t please everyone.”

O corredor da ala em que fiquei tinha muito cheiro de comida (fritura). A música ao vivo da piscina invadia os quartos e impedia que se dormisse ou assistisse algo na TV. Wi-Fi era fraca. A parte da piscina é linda, o quarto é legal, equipe simpática. Mas esperava mais.
