The property staff didn’t speak any English and didn’t try to make any effort and even during check in I had a trouble because I arrived early and they refused to let me use the pool for two hours instead of waiting in the lobby. I send a msg to the management but haven’t heard anything back until now.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff!! We had originally booking our stay in Fortaleza at the Sierra did not like the service nor the facilities. The Vila Galé was fantastic and would recommend all to book a stay there.

Amazing Location at praia futuro! Perfect Location at the Beach - a bit abondaned area at night- during the day you have the Beach and it was a good experience ..! The staff always friendly and helpful. The hotel it self nice - a Renovation would be nice .

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was nice. The restaurant on the beach was nice. Sadly I was very disappointed with the restaurant in the hotel. We had to wait a long time for the food and it was not as good.

Decepção total

A experiência foi péssima. O que dizer de um hotel que não respeita os hóspedes de maneira geral? Nada contra lotar o hotel com um evento para 600 pessoas, desde que haja estrutura de cozinha e serviços. Café da manhã sem insumos, funcionários totalmente desestabilizados, mesas imundas, restaurantes colapsados, sem condições de sequer manter o cardápio, barulho infernal e, para fechar com chave de ouro, uma festa com som nas alturas até alta madrugada. Ao invés de comunicar os demais hóspedes, remanejar para receber com mais respeito, nem uma mensagem foi encaminhada alterando a rotina do local. Falta de organização, preparo e respeito com os demais hóspedes. Banheiros cheios de lodo, camas e travesseiros desconfortáveis. Quando volto? Nunca mais! E não recomendo. Pensem duas vezes antes de reservar essa acomodação.

4ª vez que me hospedo nele. E me surpreendi, deram uma pintura, uma renovada nele. Achei mais novo e conservado. Colocaram também atividade Kids com instrutor que foi bem legal também. Quarto confortavel, camas boas, bom café da manhã, boa estrutura para ficar nele. Voltarei novamente com certeza.

chambre décevante mais hôtel attractif avec enfant

la piscine pour enfant, trampolines et piscine à balle, en font un hôtel prisé pour les familles avec jeunes enfants. Petit déjeuner copieux et goûteux. L’hôtel dispose de restaurants mais dont le plupart restent fermés hors très haute saison, le service du bar de le piscine laisse à désirer et les chambres sont vieillotes et la maintenance n’est pas au rendez vous. Sauf si vous avez des enfants jeunes, il y a bien mieux à fortaleza et sa région

Não tenho certeza se este é um hotel que está caminhando para a excelência de serviço e atendimento ou se está em processo de decadência. Acho que ele está no meio do caminho, seja ele qual for. Tem coisas muito boas a oferecer: a comida em todos os restaurantes estava deliciosa, o atendimento dos funcionários foi perfeito e os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Mas a academia precisa de manutenção, assim como a sauna e a hidromassagem. As camas e travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. O hotel não oferece xampu nem condicionador. E a localização é ruim também.

Pontos positivos: o café da manhã tem muita variedade e o hotel oferece recreação para as crianças se divertirem. Pontos negativos: o quarto estava cheirando mofo aí fui na recepção e mandaram uma pessoa no quarto e ela borrifou nas cortinas um líquido com cheiro com isso aumentou ainda mais o cheiro desagradável do quarto. Fui na recepção novamente e eles nos trocaram de quarto. Depois disso não tive mais problema. A localização é de frente ao mar contudo, a noite os restaurantes próximos estavam fechados.

A estadia começou muito bem, porem apareceram algumas baratas no quarto e isso foi bem desagradável.. a equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa e nos trocou de quarto. A piscina é boa, porem nao tem guarda sol na area da piscina.. o que acho que prejudica um pouco o local. De resto os funcionários foram muito agradáveis em geral.
