The room only had A/C on one area, the rest of the room didn't have A/C each was extremely hot and very hard to sleep. No lockers or safety nets on the windows or slidding door. Very noisy. Poor customer service from the reservation manager. Breakfast was very limited and the staff rude. We had a very poor experience and we would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ótimo, apenas pequenos ajustes

Curti bastante o hotel. Funcionários bastantes educados e informativos. Só nao curti a pouca opção para a cozinha, onde deixa um talher e um prato por hospede. Sendo que nao deixa nem detergente e esponja pra gente lavar os itens. A noite ficou um pouco quente na sala e nao tinha um ventilador por exemplo pra ajudar a conter o calor. Cama nao tinha lençol também. No mais me agradou e com esses pequenos ajustes, voltaremos mais vezes.

Uma aventura no Hotel Iracema.

Hotel bem razoável. O custo benefício é bom. A localização é ótima e os trabalhadores são exemplares e muito educados, mas só tem ar condicionado em um dos quartos. O banheiro no box só tem suporte para o sabonete, muito ruim isso. As portas e janelas ficam batendo devido ao vento forte, impossível dormir com o barulho.

Apesar do apartamento ter um bela vista da Beira Mar, é velho, com utensilios de cozinha ruins e insuficientes, fogao atingo e enferrujado, banheiro com vaso sanitario solto e o ar condicionado simplesmente pifou e fiquei duas noites sem, no calor de Fortaleza

O flat é muito bem localizado e tem ótimo custo benefício. Porém afirma que acomoda 3 pessoas sendo uma delas em um sofá cama, mas na verdade se trata de um sofá comum que acaba sendo muito desconfortável para dormir. Além disso éramos 3 hóspedes e só havia 2 toalhas e embora tenhamos pedido diversas vezes, não nos foi fornecida a terceira folha o que obrigou uma das pessoas a usar uma toalha de rosto.

Apesar de boa aparência externa, por dentro os quartos são antigos. Falta utensílios básicos na cozinha. Tinha apenas dois copos, dois pratos e dois talheres. Por se tratar de um flat acredito que teria que ser mais completo. Não tinha nem um detergente e bucha pra lavar a louça. A limpeza estava ok. A localização do hotel é boa, no entanto, a praia que fica em frente não é muito utilizada. É possivel ver apenas pessoas andando de stand up e caiaque. Tem um rio sujo que desagua bem em frente e é uma região proximo ao porto, acredito que seja por isso. Apesar de ter pago um valor um pouco mais caro pra pegar um apto em frente ao mar me colocaram no 1o andar e não gostei da vista. Enfim, tem hoteis muito melhores por esse preço, nao voltaria.

BOA LOCALIZAÇÃO E TARIFA RAZOÁVEL

A localização é excelente. O wi-fi tem ótimo sinal. Café da manhã razoável, nota 6,5-7,0. O apartamento que ficamos (806) estava com a descarga estragada (agarrando) além do módulo da mesma estar solto na parede. O sofá é bem antigo, desconfortável, merecia uma reforma das almofadas. A cama é boa, ar condicionado estava bom. Disposição e área do apartamento muito boas. Pessoal atencioso e educado. Tarifas razoáveis pelo que oferecem. É um prédio antigo que merece uma renovação interna nos apartamentos.
