Pedi para trocar pelo hotel anexo

A proposta é bem legal e a decoração muito bonita, mas o quarto quádruplo é bem apertado, principalmente o banheiro que chega a ser desconfortável, toalhas ultra finas velhas. O hotel tem a vantagem de poder usar a área de lazer do hotel da mesma rede que fica ao lado. Entretanto a comodidade me incomodou muito e Pedi pra trocar para o hotel ao lado que é de uma categoria superior e paguei a diferença, a melhor coisa que fiz.

Hotel sujo, já de entrada tinha uma barata, cheiro cigarro nos corredores, quarto muito judiado, não gostei da aparência dos travesseiros, entrei e sai, fui no hotel ao lado que é do mesmo grupo, um pouco melhor

Tende a melhorar.

O quarto em si, nao é ruim, porém quem está procurando sossego, nao recomendo, pois tem muito eco de pessoas falando, gritando, correndo e da para ouvir barulhos de pessoas andando na laje, além disso, o quarto nao tem janelas com vista, apenas um "projétil" de janela. Outra observação é o papel higiênico que estava amarelado e parecia estar ali a meses. Sem falar que o lugar aonde insere o cartão para acender as luzes estava com mal contato.

O hotel é modesto. Tem o básico para uma boa estadia e é justo para o preço que cobra. O ponto positivo a mais é o tamanho dos quartos e a localização, que são ótimos.

Muito boa estadia, confortável, boa limpeza e agradável ao custo benefício. Nota de melhora fica com a acústica do quarto que deixa a desejar, pois a janela muito pequena e se escuta muito tudo do corredor e não se dorme bem por conta disso.
