TThe area surrounding the hotel is quite dirty and filled with homeless people, making me feel unsafe. Dining at the hotel's three-part restaurant, I was charged 9 reais for a cup of hot water, which is ridiculous. However, the rooms are okay. I would not choose to stay here again. But it's suitable for a short trip.

Nice hotel, but small bathroom

Room was fine. AC was good. Breakfast was acceptable, though not as much variety as I expected. The bathroom in the room was very small. Shower was spacious, sink was ok, but everything was on top of one another

Parking was complicated as it was only one way, and you need to give your car keys to the maintenance person. The hotel room had an infiltration that made the floor around the window wet. The reception did not have a computer for guest or hardware example (mouse, charger) that the guest could use in case of an work emergency, for the price of the stay, it’s a very easy fix for them. The wifi did not work for most of the time there. THE RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING!!!! Breakfast was so vast, and the place looked so tropical and welcomed, I would come back just to have breakfast and lunch over there.

Fiquei em um quarto no primeiro andar. O quarto era muito velho, com um pessimo aspecto de manutenção ou adequação para fim hoteleiro, e com um cheio insuportável de produto de limpeza, similar a naftalina. As janelas todas travadas nao permitiram abri-las para entrada de ar. O chuveiro saia pouquissima agua, obrigando a escolher a parte do corpo a banhar. Uma experiencia para nao repetir. Só me sujeitei porque fiz checkin 1:00am e necessitava descansar para sair logo cedo na manhã seguinte.

Poderia ser melhor

A localização do hotel é excelente, o quarto é amplo e confortável. O atendimento é razoável, tive vários problemas com a chave do quarto e quando pedi um delivery fui obrigado a descer até a garagem pela entrada de veículos. Não deixaram o entregador sequer entrar na recepção do hotel. Isso eu achei péssimo.

Infelizmente trocou de administração. Os quartos agora são muito pequenos. No site oferecem quartos de 23 metros quadrados ao chegar são no máximo 10-12 metros quadrados. Então são muito pequenos mesmo. Fora isso estão precisando de manutenção os quartos. As portas e o frigobar já trocaram até de cor do sujo encardido. No site pagamos pelo quarto vista mar porém recebemos o vista condensador. Tentamos reclamar na recepção porém não poderiam ajudar como não tinha nenhum gerente em horário comercial disponível. No caso esse hotel não tem nenhum responsável. Uma moça que se apresentou como administrativo pelo telefone apenas piorou a situação e nossa insatisfação com esse local.
