Nice hotel and area, but room is too small and has no place to put luggages and clothes. If guest is going for up to 3 nights and do sightseeing all day long, it’s a good option.

Ótima estadia.

Gostamos muito da hospedegem. O café da manhã é muito bom, e o atendimento em geral também. Seria ótimo ter um local para deixar as malas, tivemos apenas essa necessidade no quarto que não foi atendida.

Bonito, mas ainda pode ficar melhor.

Pontos positivos: 1. Check in e check out ágil, 2. Atendimento recepção. 3. Comida excelente (todas as refeições), 4. Preços. Pontos fracos (e muito): 1. Quarto beeeem apertado (as fotos enganam muito); 2. Atendimento do restaurante muito fraco, exceto por 2 pessoas, Renata e o cozinheiro, únicos que cumprimentam hóspedes e sorriem com respeito. Os demais todos carrancudos e ficam olhando no celular o tempo todo. 3. Meu quarto teve problema com ar condicionado, deu problema durante a noite, começou a pingar que virou uma pequena "cachoeira", como era madrugada decidi não pedir para trocar, deixei toalhas no chão para conter e secar, pela manhã avisei na recepção o ocorrido, fui trabalhar no cliente, quando voltei à noite, camareiras arrumaram cama, etc, mas ninguém mexeu no ar condicionado, ou seja, tive que pedir novamente na recepção e somente aí um funcionário me trocou de quarto, este foi muito gentil, porém mostra o quanto não há um padrão de atendimento, processos claros ou mesmo falta de treinamento aos funcionários. 4. Menu do site não explica nada sobre os pratos, há somente o nome do prato e preço, tive que ligar no room service para saber o que cada prato continha. 5. Rua feia, péssima para estacionar, sensação de perigosa, especialmente à noite.

Meu hotel preferido.

Sempre que vou a Fortaleza fico nesse hotel, bem localizado, organizado, café da manhã PERFEITO. Única desvantagem é não ter estacionamento, mas a rua é tranquila, sempre deixei o carro lá e nunca aconteceu nada.

O quarto é bem pequeno, mas não compromete a estadia se cc pretende fazer os passeios e não passar o dia no quarto de hotel! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, surpreendeu demais!! No fim o custo benefício foi muito bom!!

Me hospedei do dia 17 ao dia 21, durante esses dias fui bem recepcionada, os funcionários são simpáticos, hotel sempre limpo e organizado. Além da localização, que é ótimo, em no máximo 3 min você chega a beira mar, então adorei. Indico e quando voltar a Fortaleza, com certeza irei me hospedar nele novamente.
