Apartamento bem espaçoso acomoda facilmente 8 pessoas, nossa família é de 5 pessoas e foi super tranquilo, ambiente limpo, organizado. Cozinha completa com fogão de indução, geladeira, forno elétrico, filtro de água. Tem espaço pra armar rede, na sala tem um sofá-cama super confortável. O condomínio é execelente, completo. Tem academia, piscina, quadras de areia e um campinho gramado. Fora uma área externa maravilhosa. É tão perto do beach park que fomos a pé pela beira da praia e foi super tranquilo. Foi maravilhoso, meus filhos amaram.

O condomínio não podia usar piscina a noite… geralmente os locais assim funcionam até mínimo meia noite …. Pois fomos pra praia e fomos e quando voltamos não podia utilizar a piscina…. Apto precisa reforma itens básicos não tinha… fogão não funcionava, secador cabelo não tinha, ferro de passar… cortinas rasgadas etc… fotos do apto quando eu contratei era bonito porém apto era o contrário… não volto esse local novamente!

A estadia foi muito boa, apartamento grande, limpo e confortável de frente para o mar e vista para a área da piscina. Oferecendo lençóis, mantas e toalhas. O ruim foi só um vazamento que tinha na área externa, talvez por falta de manutenção dos ar condicionados. De resto foi tudo ótimo. Quero voltar outras vezes.

Ótima localização

Custo/benefício muito bom. Minha estadia foi no Beach living Aquiraz. A proximidade com o parque aquático do Beach park foi um ótimo diferencial, fomos todos os dias a pé pela praia e com muita segurança. O apartamento é muito bom. Tem tudo nescessário pra estadia. Talvez falte alguns utensílios como panelas maiores por exemplo, mas nada que chegue a ser um grande problema.

Excelente local para ir em família. O apartamento bastante amplo e equipado com tudo que precisávamos. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos. O complexo das piscinas também é maravilhoso. apartamento adequado ao que se propunha. Viagem com familia. Já sabíamos da falta do café da manhã , porém o que não sabiamos é que teriamos que usar uma pulseira plastica de cor azul durante nossa estadia toda, isto incomodou bastante. A falta de um lugar para pendurar roupas foi outro problema. O varal de chão estava todo enferrujado e manchou uma de nossas roupas e a antena do quarto não pegava nem com reza brava. Fora estes detalhes que podem e devem ser reparados a estada foi a contento
