「It was a good experience with good workers 」

「First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix.
