Pros: Unit was spacious and clean. 60” TVs and streaming capabilities.
Cons: Most uncomfortable couch ever. Mattress is worn out, has a huge divot on one side. Train tracks are about 3-400 yds away, and trains come through every hour or less and they’re standing on the horn. Tenant upstairs sounds like Sasquatch, stomping and dragging/dropping stuff on the floor until 2200 then hammering on something until 2230 and again at 0630. TV on blast.
If you value a good night’s sleep, find another place.
