"The hotel room smelled of a heavy synthetic fragrance. It was nauseating. We asked for a room switch and the front desk clerk was super nice and switched our room. We went to the next one and it was a pretty strong bleach smell but we could live with that. When the AC/fam came on that night, it pumped out that same fragrance odor. We had a hard time sleeping and had terrible headaches in the morning. My daughter got a migraine. We had to find a different hotel for the second night. I asked if we could get a refund since we were checking out before the deadline and she was going to ask a manger and let me know. I never heard from them. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"Noise pollution was horrible. People playing very loud music and revving engines until 1 am. Do not recommend."

"Guy at the front checking us in barely spoke english and was very difficult to understand. Shuttle service was horrible. The driver Rashid was rude and ignorant. We paid for an uber rather than use their shuttle service. "

"I understand check out is at 11, usually they give a grace period to leave. They were banging on my door by 11:20. Very angry people working there "

"We took the train from OKC to forth worth and picked this hotel for the location. It’s walking distance from the train station and also the location is good to walk around downtown to all the restaurants and it’s only a 9 min walk to Sundance square. Staff was great and super helpful. Complementary waters every day all day long if you just ask the front desk. "
