Our hotel room did not have running water and the toilet would not flush. We couldn’t even shower. Was never compensated for this inconvenience since I booked through Expedia. They said it wasn’t allowed. Simple phone call could have taken care of it. The staff was never at the counter, they had a hand made sign that said they would be back sometime soon. Literally this was every time we came to the counter. Very unhappy with the food quality

The property was a total bait and switch. We chose this hotel for girls playing in a sports tourney because it had a pool. The pool was closed without notice- it was still advertised as an amenity. The hotel smelled absolutely terrible. In the room, the lights didn't work, there was no hot water, and even things like hangers were broken. I tried to speak to someone upon checkout but no one was manning the desk. This is the absolute worst hotel experience we've ever had.

The hotel and parking lot are decent and rooms were good. The biggest downfall was after driving 5 hrs this morning then working 6 hours, by the time you get to hotel and try to relax watching tv then find out its broke. We tried everything and nothing. When i told the front desk i was told he was busy and could be 30n min later. Well no one showed up. 150 a night and couldn't even relax and watch some tv. Worst holiday inn experience I've had. Don't think I'll be back to this one

Horrible experience, will never stay here again and quite possibly will avoid all Holiday Inn Express. We reserved a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a couch with pull out for our family of 4. Got back late after softball tournament to find out the shower did not work at all. Tried to call front desk…phone in the room did it work. My husband went down to the desk and was told he would call maintenance and they would be up in 10 minutes. 30 minutes go by and nothing. He went BACK down to the front desk and was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day. I’m the meantime he gave us a new room…down the hall. My husband went to check out the room only to notice it only had one king bed, which would not accommodate our family of 4. Another trip down to the front desk. We were told there were no other rooms available and we would just have to walk down the hall to that room to shower. This is unacceptable. We tried to contact corporate that night, the first time got hung up on while on hold and the next time someone picked up after being on hold and hung up. By this time it is almost 1AM…we would have been better off just making the drive back home and back the next day for the rest of the tournament. At no time was a manager available. The next morning we were told the manager would not be in until noon. We left a name and number to be contacted about the incident and never got any calls. Horrible customer service. Also, the night clerk swore at my husband.

The pool was broke down, there was only one treadmill and it did not work and 0 of the 3 ice machines worked! The whole hotel had an odd odor and overall was not very clean.

Pretty good but...
Some annoying misses: malfunctioning ice machines; lamps that did not work, in more than one room; and non- existent front desk staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean though and breakfast was decent.

We stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come check us in, called the hotel multiple times, the phones never rang, come to find out the guy that was supposed to check us in was asleep in the lobby. After check in everything was good other than lots of remodeling being done so the pool was closed as wel.

The bed had been laid on, pillows had head indentions and pubic hair on bedspread. Bathtub was dirty and bathroom floor very dirty. No facecloths. Butt imprint with stains on chaise lounge. Breakfast was very nice. Staff cordial. Noise from tv in lobby woke us at 5:00 a.m.

6 just ok, great staff
The service was excellent and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the entire hotel had a musty odor. Our first room was very smelly ( near the pool) and the bathroom door would not close all the way, but the staff was great about getting us another room.

This place was super super dirty you can tell it’s affected by not having employees and Covid and not cleaning and we found a bedbug and we had four or five bedbug bites on our body each

Yuck!! Hotel is only a few years old but gross.

This property has gone downhill from my last stay in December. Floors in hall were dirty and were not mopped during 3 night stay. Bathroom door didn’t close due to being too big for frame. Room was not cleaned until asked and we were questioned as to how long we had been staying there. Let me tell you the answer to that question is I am Paying so your cleaning. One night or a dozen. Had to beg for new towels. Soap and shampoo ran out and conditioner dispenser never worked. The “breakfast was minimal at best. Pancake machine didn’t work some days no yogurt and muffins and pastries were stale. Our last day the manager was scraping the pans to make it look like there were more eggs and gravy so he would not have to make more. The ice machine was broken and doors to pool and work out room didn’t work with the keys so they used towels to prop them open. Not up to expectations or previous stay. Needless to say we will not stay there when visiting again and will drive to the next town where we can stay at better properties.

This was an unplanned switch after a previous reservation at a neighboring hotel couldn't be fulfilled. I think we benefited from that incident. Great hotel. Clean. updated. Quiet. Wish the pool had a hottub. Wish continental breakfast was restocked. 30 min before closing, they refilled eggs, but not pancake batter?

I booked online and when we got there simply walked in and showed ID to register - so simple quick and easy. Property was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Room that was booked didn’t exist causing issues at check in. TV didn’t work was told it was going to be replaced on first day. Never replaced. Refrigerator did not work in room. Very disappointed especially at the rate that was paid.
