「This was a nice quiet place in the mountains. Not far from Flagstaff and all the shopping and food. This place comfortably fot our family of 5. Would definitely book this place again!」

「Everything else was fine. However, the static electricity from the quilt was so severe that it was almost impossible to sleep through the night. We are not sure whether this was caused by the material or another issue. The next morning, I asked friends who stayed in other rooms, and they reported the same problem. Almost all of us had difficulty sleeping, largely due to the static electricity from the bedding.」

「Overall the facility was clean, it just needs a major update. The carpet was lifting/fraying to the point of the nails sticking out. Rust is present on the chrome towel shelf in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the room we were in had a slow drain. However, the hotel was quiet, and the beds comfortable. Including the sofa bed that was the best surprise. They did offer breakfast, but unfortunately we did not partake to comment on it. The swimming pool and area was well maintained.」

「Although the pool was down, the sauna and whirlpool were great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I would stay again because of them.」

「Overall the stay was a good one. The hotel was clean. One thing to keep in mind is they allow dogs. We had a dog on our floor the first night that barked ALL NIGHT... Another suprise when we got to the hotel was they charge extra for parking. Maybe I missed that in the listing, but seemed a little odd that parking wasnt included in the room price. Lastly, the breakfast service in the AM was very busy each morning, and as a result ran out of things like coffee and eggs quickly, and it took a bit...
