This is a facility that mostly caters to traveling oil workers. It's in good condition, but it's not pristine. Definitely you get what you pay for. The staff was an absolute delight.

I would have given it Five Stars except for the Auto blinds that are a design defect of the Hilton Hotel Group. I was injured by the blinds and was given a comped stay for my injuries. It was not due to any fault of the staff and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very well received. They insisted I go to the emergency room and they would pay for it. It was a beautiful room and we expect to stay there again. I could not have asked for a better stay (except for my accident) especially since we were travelling with our pets.

They could not pull up my Hilton honors number at checkin, and then they gave me the wrong room. I stayed in the wrong room, and the TV didnt work. They said they couldnt switch my room, so i had no tv for my entire stay in the wrong room. I will not be staying here again.

The room was clean and I particularly loved the layout and what the room offered, genius. Don't know if we'll be back to Pecos, but certainly I'm a Home2 Suites fan from now on.

Customer Service was fantastic. We enjoyed complimentary beer and friendly staff. Our double queen room was super spacious. However, whenever the room above us took a shower, water would flow through our bathroom ceiling, specifically through the light fixtures. The curtain in the room was remote controlled and there was a sign on the curtain that said the remote wasn’t working so we couldn’t open the window curtain. This made the room feel like a prison. Important question is would I stay again. I’d say no. Not because it was terrible, but I’d want to explore other options in this town. My friend wanted to wear sandals in the shower. I think that’s telling as well.
