「The staff are awesome after day 1 they greeted us by name, always had a smile and we're so helpful during an emergency.」

「For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.」

「The accessible bathroom had some issues. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the shower allowed water to flood the bathroom floor, and the shower caused the shower curtain to intrude into the shower space to the extent that it was not usable.」

「The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. I was able to check-in early with my flight arriving so early. The cookie was amazing, hot and fresh. The room was very clean. I absolutely loved the two entrances. (I call it front door and back door.) It was amazing.」

「I’ve been staying at the Bluemont hotel for six years, and this was the first time they’ve decided to charge $17 a day for parking. This was not listed when I booked on Expedia. The woman at the front desk did waive the fee this time only. She said they just started this two months ago. Also, the bed was hard as a rock and I could feel all of the coils, the pillows were lumpy, and the room temperature was inconsistent. I won’t be staying there again.」
