「Bathroom toilet was broke had to take the top off to flush 」

「First room we had was dirty, the room we moved to was better but it is very outdated and they didn't have enough pillows to give us one for the pullout sofa. Smoke alarms went off at 1:45AM and we had to evacuate the building. The fire department determined it was a faulty smoke detector in one of the rooms. They have cameras in the hallways and the wiring is just stapled to the ceiling and the walls, the place looks very shady. We left after the first night, we were supposed to stay two...

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「Same moldy mildew smell in the room no WiFi at all and a non chalet staff that didn’t seem to give a hoot and argued with me on stuff I complain so I will be staying elsewhere even if I have to pay a higher price. This property has gone down hill since I started staying there two years ago and continues to get worse each visit」

「Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. 」

「The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. 」

「Breakfast was good. Bd the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of parking available. The room is clean and the pool is not big but no one really uses it so we had it to ourselves. 」

「Staff is very rude, especially the guy. And the hotel need to start using clean bedding, it’s stained bad! (Bring your own) Also, needs proper cleaning. Base boards are dirty, bathroom sink is dirty, just needs a redo. Be aware of the drug addicts that’s often there, Loud noise throughout the night. I stayed 3 nights, until I found another spot. 」
