Asked for a ground floor and was told they had no availability. The 3 days we stayed I counted over 10 every day. .. I guess you gotta pay more money. Also was provided with 2 pillows 2 towels. The head board was all brittle and chipped away. Was put in a non smoking room, but there was cigarettes burns everywhere. I guess you get what you pay for. Also druggies galore. Seen 3 used needles in parking lot. Picture in advertising isn't what you get. Totally off. Spend the extra few bucks for something a lot nicer. Can't forget. I itched the whole time I slept in the king size bed.

There was no hot water and the water stream was very weak. The room and grounds were in disrepair. The bed was clean and it was comfy, which was good. And the staff was very friendly and competent, which also was good.

Phones in room were not working so I couldn't call the front desk. Our heater did not work. I had to walk to the front desk to complain because the phone did not work. They gave us a small space heater that did work fairly well to warm the room.

Found a Roach Bathroom wall smells strong ammonia. The staff used informal language, demonstrated a lack of attentiveness, and did not offer an apology. They Still owe me an apology. They made considerable efforts to avoid confirming a refund for the remainder of my stay and did not provide any compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.

Room hadn’t been cleaned since previous guest had left, there was trash on the bed and counter, floors were dirty, etc. TV didn’t turn on. Curtains didn’t completely cover the window so the lights from the balcony lit up the room even when they were closed. Room was also a smoking room, which was not made clear when I booked, and so reeked of cigarettes.

We got there at 11pm during the shift switch and we were asked to wait and after they finally saw us they told me the type of room I had reserved wasn’t available anymore and they were actually upgrading us (from one king bed to a 2 individual beds), my husband and me had to sleep apart for the first time in 8 years. Then in the floor of the room there was a roach that my husband killed but we kind of slept thinking about it, the bathtub was in really bad shape so we didn’t even get a shower. Anyway, I wouldn’t come back

Staff wouldn’t let me check in because of “an issue with Expedia” on Christmas Eve, thankfully was able to get a full refund because they wouldn’t answer any calls from Expedia trying to resolve the issue. The area was pretty trashed all around. I think I got lucky I didn’t spend the night here. Across the street Is “river view inn” and I recommend that it 10X more.
