Just right.

Located across from the beach just a short walk from everything downtown. Facility is a little dated but the cabins were clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils plenty of towels and the folks running the place were very nice. There are much nicer places to stay however they come with A very hefty price tag. I needed a place to sleep take a shower change clothes and let’s face it I didn’t go there and spend time in the room but to spend time on the beach. I would definitely stay there again

We have stayed here a couple times. Perfect location. If your looking for the Hilton this isn't it. But it fits the budget and will probably stay sgain. Rooms and pool are clean.

Nice Place to stay

Check in was quick and easy. Owner greeted us and took us right to our room,, which was cozy and nice overlooking the bay. Bed was good, pillows and mattress just fine. The overall condition was very good. Close to everything, we really loved our stay.

Some say dated but I say laid back. Like the old Ft Myers beach use to be. Easy beach access. 2 minutes from Time Square. If you need anything just ask them. Staff is awesome.

We loved everything about the hotel. There was a phone number to contact owners. They always responded quickly. Location Location Location ! Our unit had everything you need kitchen, cleaning supplies, heater air conditioner, etc. Value, I read other negative reviews my response to them would be you can have what you want from a Hotel/Motel. You need to spend the $300-$400 dollars a night! Just saying! I will be going back to stay there. I enjoyed my time there I believed the price was right. Joanne Eden.

The stay was fine other than the fact that when we first arrived there we had to wait outside the front desk office in the heat at 9:30pm for about 30-45 mins because when we called to confirm the reservation the male staff member said that he had left work a long time prior to our arrival and that it would take him bout 30 mins to get back there to check us into the hotel. The place is a bit run down, the stairs to the 2 nd floor were sketchy at best. The owner was very creepy and rude. He watches when you come and go. While we were gone he went into our room and found we had a tourch used to light a grill. So he waited until the next morning to come to the room and tell my husband we had to leave and gave us like 15 minutes. He also doesn't like Spanish people and my husband looks Spanish. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about staying at the Holiday Court. A great, unbeatable location. I stayed in one of the detached cottages near the pool and everything was perfect - the staff, the view, the proximity to the beach, pier and Times Square, as well as a 24 hour convenience store next store was everything we could ask for. Most importantly, everything was clean and in great working order. 5 stars. Outstanding place for a relaxing vacation.

The property has an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. It’s also within walking distance of many restaurants and gift shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking is a little tight, if you have a large vehicle and traffic is pretty heavy on the weekends, but I would stay here again.

Such a great place within 2 minute walking distance to the beach and close to Time Square. It felt like home. The owners are very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.
