「All was good」

「The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.」

「It was not clean and properly sanitized. There was trash in the hallway that stayed there for the day and night. There was NO HOT WATER. Overheard an employee say “oh no not again “.」

「Thank you 😊」

「Friendly staff」

Pool had been destroyed years ago and fence left bent and overgrown grass. $88 for one night- rip off.」

The only complaint I have was about an hour after we checked in one of the janitorial staff came beating on our door & was very pushy saying she needed to look around in our room for some misplaced keys. I asked if she could wait a few minutes (mainly because I wasn't too sure about it) because my son was taking a...
