「I checked into this hotel at 34 weeks pregnant, hoping for a quiet weekend getaway, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. From around 8 PM onward, there was nonstop noise, including loud music, banging on doors, thumping, and people screaming in the hallways. I kept waiting for things to settle down after 10 PM, but it never did.
To make matters worse, the toilet in my room wasn’t working. It was completely clogged and wouldn’t flush.

「Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during this visit. At the first inspection of the room, a large bag of trash was sitting next to it. Housekeeping was cleaning on the other end of the floor. After bringing it to the front desk's attention, it was cleared. Once we entered the room, it lacked the freshness of cleanliness, so our own cleaning and spray helped it feel and smell cleaner. Also, a luggage cart was utilized and inadvertently left in the room once we left for our event....
