「Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!」

「It was inexpensive & conveniently located. Although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to control the climate in the room. Air gaps around the door. The A/C added more moisture to the room so all surfaces were always sticky. Generally room & bathroom lighting were bad. Exhaust fan in the bathroom DID NOT WORK! Charged an additional night & it took are 7 day stay to get it resolved. Next time we will pay more for better accommodations.」

「Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice.」

「Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.」

「The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.」

「Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. The road from the highway is divided and a left into the lot is impossible. U turns are forbidden at the...

「The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.」
