「Had an issue with payment; then issue with communication discussing and owner was so professional and respectful it was error they caught fixed and refunded before I noticed and was so good at helping and explaining to me! Clean! Nice rooms! Comfy beds! Must stay at!!’」

「We didn’t utilize the pool or free breakfast during our stay. The facility was very nice and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean. Would stay here again. 」

「The room was large and clean. The check in clerk was friendly. Breakfast was typical for a hotel. There were very few people staying there, which at first made me wonder what was wrong with it. But I couldn't find anything wrong with it and would definitely stay there again! It was a great value for the price!」

「This was as advertised - a private room with a bathroom. Everything was clean. It was on the main drag but this is Rockwell City, Iowa, so the fact that it was quiet isn’t surprising. There is a Mexican restaurant one block away but it is closed Sundays. Not much else walkable but it's a small town and this is several blocks from the small downtown, which may have some shopping options. 」
