A Basic hotel room, nothing fancy. Excellent location in central, close to the local beach and both cruise ship ports and walkable anywhere in the city. Perfect stay for one night before our cruise. The owner of the hotel is very nice and helpful.

Great Vacation Stay

The location is perfect the room is spacious and clean and comfortable. Serge is a great host and my husband who comes from Dominica says Serge is the best! he is goin back soon and i look forward to returning!

Although the sink was dirty with black hairs and garbage, which never really got cleaned well after we brought it to their attention, and we found garbage under the bed, the location is great and close to the ferry.

Excellent location next to main park and waterfront! Low price. Room was clean to begin with but no daily cleaning was done afterwards. No elevator. Winding staircase was poorly lit. Wi-Fi was terrible.

Terrible owner…took forever before he opens the door or u must call him to open. Wi-Fi in the rooms is poor( had to go in the hallway to use my phone ). The stairs is small n you hv to go up n down to get to the room( terrible with luggage)by the time I get to the room I’m exhausted . No room service for 3 days( wasn’t even offered bath towels or soap ) the room spelt of somebody feces ,no extract to send out the smell in washroom) no door in the washroom. No front desk service n no electricity for a whole day. No key card entry Good things: - location is great -close to transport and bars n food. -a/c worked

Very ideal location on the BayFront, close to restaurants, shopping centres, tourist sites and the park, the ferry terminals and the tram. With regards to the actual property, the room was not cleaned properly and not adequately stocked eith toiletries. There isn't a refrigerator or hot cup in the room either. Also, there isn't a lift and the rooms start from the 2nd floor, therefore you will have to climb a minimum of 3 sets of stairs to get to your room.. with your luggage.

Why is this place available on trip advisor? The host was rude. No one at reception, had to be buzzed in the building everytime I needed to get to my room. The AC unit looked like it hasnt been cleaned in years with mildew accumulation was visible, the room smelled stuffy, the towels had stains of usage from. Not being cleaned properly. Thank goodness I had my own towel in my bag. I openrd up a blanket on the bed to sleep on it

Location is excellent. Very basic property, a step up from a hostel but that’s about all. The room was very basic, furniture was in disrepair, room was relatively clean. Front desk staff was rarely there and didn’t answer their phone, very difficult to get a hold off. Inconvenient as they were the only staff member there, consequently check-in was very delayed for everyone waiting.

The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room.
