"Really loved the quality this hotel offers: nice sheets, glassware and ceramic coffee mugs, lovely furnishings and delightfully quirky decor throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, in 3 nights didn’t get a single good night’s sleep due to noise that ear plugs could not shut out. The first morning at 4:30 am was powerwashing outside. The second was an irregular rattling and loud maids in the morning; the third night was a rolling sound and rattle again. Again loud maids around 7 am. No blackout...

"Great location. Staff needs training on customer service. When checking in there were 3 people behind the counter and no one said anything to me as they were busy talking to each other. Had to wait until they were done gossiping before someone actually spoke to me and asked if I was checking in. This is horrible!!! If they don't like working there they need to quit."

"this property is older and smaller than some we have stayed at. some of the staff was very friendly while others were okay. The only thing I can say to do better is the offer of breakfast which wasn't all that good. No milk for cereals and only thing available was bagels, apples, fruit juice.
