Very good location - short walk to restaurants and cafes. No off street parking, but unlimited parking across the road. Big, clean comfortable room. All rooms are upstairs but there is a lift.

I stay here because the location to regional and local buses is convenient, and the lake view is beautiful. Bistro and bar below is handy. Biggest complaint is the housekeeping staff was knocking on the door at 8:45 to 9:30 every morning, too early since I didn’t need to leave until 10:00am each day. I tried to get out of the room to avoid that. Floor was never vacuumed and coffee cups weren’t cleaned or replaced until I asked. Shower temperature runs hot and cold while you’re in there. Patio furniture on the verandah was dirty/dusty. Patio door doesn’t stay latched unless you lock it. All things I could work around. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The room you see on the hotel’s. Com website is not what you get the photo shows a view of water, but you only get a room overlooking the backyard . Good meals and when the big renovation is finished it should be great.

On a cold evening be nice to watch something on TV on YouTube, but your TV doesn't have a connection. A small table would be nice in the room to drink coffee or tea.
