「Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good. 」

「Hard to sleep throughout the noise due to something in the room or building being loud (my aircon was off so wasn't that like I thought it was). There is no on-site staff. I was sent to the wrong room upon checkin, my code wasn't working, so had to ring to find out why only to be told wrong room. No information provided on amentities where thry were located and the carpark situation unless I contacted the hotel. Pet rule is 1 per room, a couple had 2 with them, I don't like dogs (I didn't see...

「the Hotel is more like a motel with separate buildings behind the reception. However, design is modern, almost like a small resort, and great access to parking and to the main street of Hahndorf. The rooms are a good size and the bed is super comfy. One thing I am particular about is a good sized towel and their towels were bug and fluffy.. The rooms have a fridge, sink and tea/coffee which you dont really need given the great coffee in the area. Would totally stay here again」

「First room they provided me, which I had previously stayed in before had the same broken table in it which hadn’t been repaired even after reporting it on my last stay. They then moved me into another room and found a lot of mould in the shower. They did clean it eventually but then it was hard to enter the room after cleaning due to the amount of bleach used. Very hard to breathe afterwards.」

「住了5晚，只清潔了一晚，最後一晚的前一天告訴服務員補充廁紙及冲涼液洗髪精，服務員又忘了。住宿包早餐，早餐原本是一個手掌大小之立體紙盒，內有小盒牛奶，小盒粟米片，及一個小蛋糕，有點愕然。酒店check in 是下午兩點，check out 是早上10點！！睡過龍就慘了！房內没有連接reception 的電話，有熨衫板及熨斗，但竟然沒有風筒！怪怪的！酒店唯一好就是有餐廳，而且還有很多捧場客，餐飲不錯，每晚都有special dinner ，我試了那晚正好是steak night ，才13澳洲元，很正！因為酒店離市中心很遠，澳洲巴士半個至1小時才一班，超級不便利，下次會選擇在city住了！(題外話：為什麼送的住房贈券只限香港呢？一水之隔之澳門意然沒有此優惠，實在可惜！)」

「Very nice and well maintained holiday park. Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel. Spacious and had everything we needed. Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky. Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful. Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but...

「The location was fantastic. The bedroom was lovely with the garden outlook. The bathroom needed repairs. Tile and grout were worn and chipped. Staff were cheerful, helpful and were attentive to our feedback.」
