Wow, the apartment was amazing! The rooms were very clean, no dust in sight. There were 2 dining rooms which were neat, tidy, and smelled lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable with clean bedsheets and mixed with soft pillows. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. All clean and tidy.

Very clean and homely. Surprisingly spacious. Given the location you’d think it would be noisy but it wasn’t. We stayed over a weekend and you would have never know it was on the high street. Already looking at booking for next year.

This place was a palace. Very posh. It had a full, formal dining room (not that we used it) spacious bedrooms and a quiet parlor separated from the kitchen and bedrooms. There was just one bathroom, but that didn’t bother us.

This place is huge and was fine, but had some major problems. The balcony, a listed amenity and the first pic of the rental online, has a sign up saying it was unsafe and unusable by guests. The carpet had nasty stains that felt crunchy in places to walk, and one of the bedrooms had a huge wet spot in the carpet. I felt I had to wear socks just to walk in my bedroom. The shower temperature regulator was unusable. We appreciated the laundry access but it was super loud, slow, and needed multiple dryer cycles to dry. The couch had a deodorant odor. The place asked for our check in time and then never replied to anything again. No checkout instructions were sent so we just did what made sense to us. Wouldn’t stay again but my kids did love having their own rooms.

An older very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment. Very well appointed, great communication from manager. Beware of location up flught of stairs and bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Extremely nice appartment, spacious with a lovely terrace. Right on the high street in the very underrated town of Forres; close to Inverness, Loch Ness, the Grampians… my only negative is that I didn’t book for longer.
