「The staff, especially Sylvia, Sabrina and Salvo, was extremely helpful, and always cheerful! The breakfast experience is worthy of a 5-star hotel. The facade of the hotel seems like a warehouse but once you’re in the property it’s like a friendly village. The area in which the hotel is located, Kalsa, is in the process of gentrifying, with trendy restaurants and clubs. Also the hotel is near the beach. Highly recommended.」

「The breakfast was extraordinary - fresh baked local treats, fruit, phenomenal Italian yoghurt. (Note: There is no pool. Expedia explicitly asked about it, but there is not one so don't be disappointed.) Rooms are lovely, staff are fantastic, location is perfect. Truly a wonderful stay.」

「This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「The property couldn’t be more convenient. It is right in the Via Maqueda, the central tourist hub of Palermo. Thus, it is easily walkable to all of the city’s main highlights. The manager, Gabrielle, is a sweetheart!」
