「This is an old school B and B; 4 guest rooms set in a 16th century building that had been a smithery. The hostess Valerie couldn't have been nicer, little customized breakfast when you want. Plus the location is amazing...almost all of the bars and restaurants in Bayeux are located along Rue St Jean, and this place is right at the east end of it. Also, if you're going on a Normandy tour, the tours tend to leave from the Place de Quebec just a couple hundred meters away.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful three days at this bed and breakfast in August of 2025. The property is beautiful with whimsical decorations. Our room was large and clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and our hosts were very warm and welcoming. The house was very convenient to all of the attractions in Bayeux. You should stay here!」

My 10yr old Son is a WW2 enthusiast and in his own words "an amazing hotel with some really interesting relics, the room was fantastic and looked like a 1940s bedroom, would definitely stay again". Such a nice place to unwind after a day of sight seeing and the owners put up a great breakfast so youre ready for the next day! Cant wait to return!」
