Friendly family owned place but a bit run down

I stayed for 1 night at Villa Tina. I had a pleasant stay, mainly due to the very friendly atmosphere from the family that owns the place. Nicely decorated and the food is good. The distance to the town centre is about 10 minutes by foot which I thought was alright. The reason why I give the hotel a bit low scores is because it feels a bit run down, the toilet in my room was working very poorly and I couldnt really use the pool because it looked quite dirty. It was a bit of a disappointment as the pool was a reason to why I made a reservation at this hotel. But considering the low price for this hotel compared to others in the area I would say it isn't bad. And once again, - lovely staff, I would consider coming back just for them!

Bhe la stanza molto spartana, accessori del bagno e asciugamani deludenti, se ti porti tutto da casa compresa telo doccia, la mia stanza era triste e posizione isolata, sono arrivato x lavoro e dormito solo una notte, ma per un soggiorno di piacere o più notti avrei cambiato struttura, in ogni caso i proprietari sono gentili.
