"Everything was great , except the drain on our sink leaked all over the floor … the first night on a two night stay. We reported it first thing in the morning hoping they would fix the drain while we were out . Instead they turned the water off on the sink and offered to move us to a different room on a whole different floor when we returned after a long day of events … We opted to stay in the room as it would be to much work to have to pack all of our things up and change rooms and just used the shower as a sink … Maybe they need better maintenance department. We did enjoy everything else ."

"The Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are ALL AMAZING!!! Any need we had they took care of it immediately. The restaurant food at the hotel is all very good and Gramma's Bakery next door is delicious. Great sandwiches, pastries and desserts. We will definitely be returning. Thx you for making our stay so special."

"The Hotel stay was excellent in everyway. The checkin and checkout was done quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. Every area in the hotel was clean and well kept. Lots of parking space. Very friendly staff and most helpful. Cinthia in particular at the front desk was very professional and made us feel at home. She helped us get some forms printed. The rooms were most confortable and clean. We had a very pleasent stay. I highly recommend this hotel in Prescott, Arizona. Five stars well deserved."

"As a woman traveling with my teen daughter, I felt very comfortable at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the parking lot felt safe. The resort is up on a hill, away from the main road. I could neither hear road sounds nor parking lot sounds. I actually switched to this hotel mid trip as my first motel was awful. The pool is the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was nice. I also liked the bath products they provided. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Prescott."

"Friendly and helpful staff, checking in was a breeze and they directed me to the right spot to park my pickup and trailer which was the perfect spot, Breakfast was sooo good eggs, sausages and waffles and for the price of the hotel and the food it’s well worth it, the room was also very clean with all the amenities needed and I actually forgot my toothpaste and they provided me with a little packet of toothpaste enough until I went and bought my own, I’m very satisfied and happy with everything I’ll be coming back for sure, definitely recommend it"
