「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「I was a little iffy about this hotel in the beginning, never having stayed at a Fairfield Inn before but I was pleasantly surprised, especially at this price point. 「I had a 3-day conference and decided to stay at TRU. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. The eggs were nice and fluffy, and the sausage was nice and tender. My conference ended a day early and it was no problem with not paying for the last day.」
