Unfortunately, this hotel was a major disappointment. The room was dirty and not up to the standard you would expect for the price. The parking situation is also a complete joke rude staff, confusing, inconvenient, and frustrating. On top of that, make sure you carefully check what you actually booked versus what you were charged for. I would strongly recommend reviewing your reservation and final bill before leaving. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would think twice before staying here again.

When we checked in front desk told us there would be a debit hold of an additional $200 . We said okay and now checked out account 5 days later to see the 200 hold actually cleared our account and no credit given. Now I'm trying to call and have been on hold with music for over 20 minutes. Now I have to dispute this with my bank.

Nancy at the front desk and the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly and would 100% stay there on my next trip to SD.
