「The staff is very courteous. Unfortunately the handicapped ready room was not all funcional for a non handicapped person.」

「The one room did not have a lock on the door but my guests were switched to a new room. Then someone burnt the breakfast and the fire alarm DOES in fact work but we were fine! Good thing and we’re all safe!! 」

「Clean room, and very comfortable bed. Great location to downtown Asheville. Friendly and very helpful staff. Will stay here again! 」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful!! And they just loved my Beagle! The room was clean and had everything I needed! Bed was comfy too!! The only thing that needed fixing was the toilet seat , it slid when you sat down in it , but other than that it was a great experience (room 120)」
