I didnt eat at the property. It is built like a motel but seemed clean. There is tons of parking. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Nice clean stay

Relatively quiet. Nice big bed. Not hard for me to rest which is critical to a night shifter. Very kind people at the desk.

Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. We didn’t do the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Was close to Wendy’s and a short drive to McDonald’s and Waffle House. Area was not walkable. I would stay here again.

It's a regular place for me to stay when I visit western NC. I have family there and I do some business there a few times per year. Nice upgrades and the staff is pretty accommodating. It would be nice if they would advertise the security deposit. It's a surprise when you show up at check-in.

The room was clean. The check in and front desk person was very nice. The room TV was not working. The breakfast was not prepared. There were no napkins and trash was overflowing (at 745 am). There was no waffle syrup and the dining room was a mess with chairs scattered all over the room.

Just passing through Forest City for one night. The Quality Inn staff was freindly and accomodating. The room was clean and quiet.

The room was clean and well taken care of. Morning front desk shift has excellent customer service. Housekeeping was very nice.The pet fee is ridiculous. $20 per pet per day. That is the only thing that would keep me from staying here again.

I was there for a week, after Hurricane Helene damaged my home. Very impressed with the cleanliness and the furnishing of the room. It was amazingly quiet. The only issue I had, and it was easily remedied, was that I had to ask for towels, toilet tissue and kleenex. At first I thought it was just overlooked but then it happened several other times as well.

This was a great little motel. I can tell they work hard to make it a great place. The cleanest room I have stayed in for a long time! Friendly staff. The breakfast was very limited though and since I stayed there 4 nights it would have been nice to have more variety and maybe protein choice like peanut butter or Greek yogurt or even cream cheese. The fruit was limited but fresh. Coffee not so great but I’m from Seattle area so I like good coffee lol. I would stay here again

Blanket wasn't changed it was dirty. Shower, toilet caked on grime so nasty. The doors haven't ever been cleaned disgusting. The lamps hadn't been cleaned covered in excess dust. Really looked like the housekeeper just made the bed and vacuumed. I always expect laziness so i take my own cleaners and gloves to clean before i even bring in my stuff. Convenient to several restaurants, can walk if you prefer. No one bothered me, guests weren't loud. I stayed one night and asked for later checkout they told me they could give me until 1pm. I needed 5pm, so they made me book 2 nights though i needed only 1. When i did checkout at 5pm, i asked if I'd receive any credit for not staying the next night. She said no bcz it was after 3pm so different stories.
