「All the juices in dispenser were empty (putting out water) and we were the second group for breakfast. The toaster did not work and the milk in the metal container had a funny taste to it. Stains on the bed spreads and the linens were stained as well. Dirt on the bathroom floor and the toilet looked as if it was about five years old or older. 「Staff was very friendly; the room was clean. I loved that fact that I could set on the porch and watch the sun over Chimney Rock」

「We stayed there recently and we absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub. Shaun and Jody are amazing hosts. Our cabin as one of the cabins that isn’t quite remodeled yet but it’s in great condition and was big enough for an entire family ! It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. My only wish list was to have a mountain view but for the price I’d definitely stay there again. We loved how close we were to the lake and Chimney Rock. Great place to relax and breathe in the fresh air.」

「Dirty linens , trash in trash cans not cleaned」
