"Friendly front desk man, room was clean and spacious "

"Although the price is $110 per night, there was a note on one elevator that it is not working and has been like that for 2 weeks already and we were surprised when the only other available elevator stopped working with someone stuck inside. Furthermore, we were notified that the wi-fi was down and not working, and to make matters even worse, the inside door handle of the washroom in our room was broken and my daughter was stuck in the bathroom. We tried overlooking all of these issues in good faith only to be shocked at checkout of a $30 extra charge for “extra guest” because our two young children were with us in the room. Ridiculous!"

"Our room was very large and had all that we needed in it. We did find a tooth brush under the foot stool when we moved it so that was a bit of shock, otherwise all was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. The elevators need a good vacuum the floor was a mess. This is our second time at this hotel and we will always come back. Great place for the dollar:) "
