"I had a corner balcony that was a partial sea view and of the Ferris wheel. We were there for carnival, it was a perfect room to view the parade, and for an evening view of the over the water as it became dark. The room was fairly small, clean, whimsical and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had breakfast one morning, it was delicious and had a wide variety. Loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. Shoutout to Joy! "

"Was there one night before travelling on. The signage to get in - walking from the airport wasn’t fantastic. And then once inside, a decent flight of stairs to get to the elevator. (Annoying when you’re dead tired). Had flown in around dinner time and booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. Knew I’d be exhausted. But when I arrived, they said the restaurant was closed to other orders due to a large party booking. Huge bummer since it’s advertised all over their site and is in part why I chose them. I will say that after an hour, I asked if takeaway was a remote possibility instead. They told me me they’d make an exception since the business had settled down. The salad was amazing. They even threw in a dessert as an apology. It was just WAY too late to eat by that time. I nibbled and saved most of it for breakfast. They were indeed very kind. Not a fan of the metal bed frame and metal furniture/luggage rack. In fact, I even inadvertently cut my hand on the luggage rack simply grabbing by suitcase. Not a huge deal. Just stung, needed a band aid and was annoying. Overall, nice hotel for the purpose with a few things I’d change. "

"Super séjour du début à la fin ! Le staff est tout simplement génial et la chambre était superbe. Nous avons été accompagnés et assistés tout au long de notre séjour, avec beaucoup d’attention et de professionnalisme. Mention spéciale à Aymen au front desk qui nous a vraiment très bien accueillis et qui a été d’un grand professionnalisme. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience ! "Had a good stay. The location was great and its easy to get to the hotel form the airport. Right by the beach. Standard room with a coffee machine which is nice. The room was clean and had everything it needed. The staff at reception was friendly. The only reason why I give it four instead of five stars are: - the gym could be a bit more modern - one morning, the cleaning lady knocked on my door and sort of 'kicked me out' for my room to be cleaned - I didn't have breakfast or any other services included, so I can't comment on those Overall, I'd stay there again!!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff I met were lovely and helpful. There were some on site construction works happening, and I thought perhaps for the drilling to start before 9 in the morning was a little bit disruptive to guests."
