La piscina è comoda al rientro dopo una giornata di sole, ma giusto per bagnarsi, la considero piccola in rapporto alla struttura. Di notte la struttura all'esterno è scarsamente illuminato: solo la porta di ingresso il resto è completamente buio."

"2010, 2012 puis 2025 et bien la qualité de service n'a pas changé. Le client est au coeur des préoccupations de l'équipe avec une certaine souplesse. Et entre 2012 et 2025, un joli spa a complété l'offre. Le petit déjeuné est toujours exceptionnel avec des produits locaux. Nous n'avons pas diné sur place par oubli de réservation, mais quelle délicatesse de nous prévenir par mail quelques jours avant et de nous communiquer des adresses de restaurants sur Gerardmer. Envie de revenir "
