「My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. 」

「Esperienza davvero sorprendente. Abbiamo prenotato per il fronte mare nonostante i dubbi sull’unica stella. L’hotel in sé in effetti è “basico” ma il resto è da cartolina: la terrazza sul mare, lo spazio spiaggia a contatto con l’acqua e il ristorante, che serve piatti gourmet sotto la luna e davanti al mare e’ davvero a 5 stelle 」

「Fiorella met us at the front door and was very kind and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Vicolo was a wonderful place to stay for the night prior to our cruise.」

「The host was very clear with instructions even though English is not his first language. The elevator is very small and two flight of stairs if walking. We felt safe as after dark the downstairs doors are locked and you need a code to enter. Location was great. I would highly recommend staying here if going on a cruise 」

「Great location for the port, not much in the immediate area. Lunch set menu was very good, and well priced, service was efficient. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Front desk staff were very helpful, sorting taxis to the port and recommending a local pizzeria for dinner. Thank-you we had a good stay.」

「Rude. Agressive. Called the Police, threatened me and my Wife. The Police came and calmed the situation. His Wife attempted to throw us out on the street at 1 am in the rain. 」
