"Very nice stay in the suite with a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately the earthquake cut our stay short, but they were so accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. What a terrifying thing for the staff to navigate - they were wonderful. I fear the hotel had significant damage and hope they will be able to reopen. "

"Nice hotel, you can tell hotel really took care of some of the details. If offers bath tub (with relaxing salt), steam bath (with levender smell therapy). However restaurant was not up to to the standards, breakfast was soso, dinner buffet ($1000ntd) was good at all. During dinner we saw some debris that was left at the plate area from breakfast, meaning they didn't do a thorough clean after breakfast? And no soft drinks for it's buffet which was rare as well. "

The cafeteria is one side of the entrance and I thought it was a small restaurant and passed by the entrance. The room is quite old, but it's clean. "I liked that the property was in a quiet yet nice location. The property is in desperate need of updating but I'm an easy guy so I'm ok with it. The one thing that I'm not ok with is the mattress. It is hard as a rock. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I had to ask the staff for extra blankets to put on top of mattress. Staff was very nice and accommodating."
